Upper Crashbars - CRF1000 (2016>)

The Rugged Roads Upper Crash Bar is made of high quality, powdercoated thick guage steel tube.

We have designed this bar using one single piece of tubing for the main structure to retain strength, as we feel that adding a mechanical joint weakens the overall strength.

The Crashbar offers protection for the radiators as well as the tank and fairing against damage and closely follows the lines of the Africa Twin fairing to give a seamless and integrated look to the bike.

We have also added auxiliary light mounting points to the bars, which are placed inboard of the outer section, offering whatever lights you decide to mount some additional protection.

These Crashbars will not foul the front fender under full suspension compression.

We've thought about servicing as well, so to remove the fairings you only need to undo 2 bolts and the Upper Crash Bars will rotate forward allowing complete access to remove the body panels.
