ASV C5 Series 'Unbreakable 'Shorty Clutch Lever - Tenere 700

ASV C5 Adjustable Span levers are CNC machined 6061 alloy with a 5 year unconditional crash damage warranty. If it breaks we will replace it - no problem. 

Unbreakable Design
All ASV levers feature a special pivot design that allows the lever to fold out of the way in the event of a crash or fall.
They simply pivot outwards and spring back. The pivot junction has a precision sealed bearing for zero play and precision feel.
A special high-tension Chrome Silicon cantilever spring returns the lever back to its original position instantly and does not allow the lever to pivot at all while riding. This high quality spring is rated for over 100,000 rotations without losing it's original tension.

Adjustable Reach
All ASV levers feature an adjustable reach.
By simply turning the 180 increment micro index thumbwheel on the lever the reach can be adjusted through 4 inches to accommodate different sized hands. The "Shorty" levers are, 1.25 inches (31.75mm) shorter than stock.

All ASV levers use the same high quality components including chrome steel precision sealed bearings, stainless steel pivot and bushing parts, Chrome Silicon cantilever springs, aerospace grade stainless steel and chromoly fasteners, and specially designed and manufactured fasteners.
ASV levers are also completely rebuildable and serviceable with no special tools required.

About ASV
Life-long motorcyclist, racer, entrepreneur and bicycle industry business leader Bob Morales came up with the idea for the unbreakable motorcycle lever in 1995 when he broke his clutch lever while practicing for a motocross race.
After selling his interest in Kore Bicycle Components in 1998, he started developing his pivoting lever idea and founded ASV Inventions. He sold the first unbreakable dirt bike levers at the Glen Helen National in May of 2000.
It took six months to sell through the initial 250 unit production run of CNC-machined clutches as dealers and riders got their heads around the idea of a lever that was built to last and to improve the rider experience instead of something you bought in pairs and replaced as needed.
