This new kit is specifically designed for bikes equipped with highly sophisticated lambda sensors that comply with the latest Euro4 and 5 criteria. It optimises the air/fuel ratio and injection values with the self-adaptive logic of the stock ECU.
It directly controls lambda sensor signals prompting the stock ECU to adopt a richer carburetion. Power delivery is considerably smoother, with improved throttle response whilst securing substantial benefits for the engine’s overall performance.
The new Smart 2 module features compact dimensions for easy installation with an improved wireless Bluetooth connectivity and through the innovative free software you can quickly and easily amplify or reduce the effects of the stock lambda sensor signal modification.
In addition the new Rapid Bike APP (available on the Apple App or Google store) for the Smart 2 module kits includes a specific DIAGNOSE section to delete possible errors (check engine light).
This tool/feature can be extremely useful to assist riders when installing de-cat aftermarket exhaust systems, as the Smart 2 is designed with the main purpose to improve air/fuel ratio, to secure a smoother power delivery and to enhance the bike’s rideability.

Decide how much you want the additional module to intervene through the intuitive interface. Increase or decrease the intervention compared to the standard calibration developed by our technicians. Additionally, you can activate or deactivate the ECU intervention with a touch, to quickly switch from the completely original condition to the ‘optimized’ one.
Customisable driving modes:
The most innovative aspect of the new Rapid Bike Smart2 is the ability to select 3 customizable riding modes via the APP, each with 20 intensity levels:
- Eco: reduced performance to promote significant fuel savings
- Touring: optimized for urban riding, offering a balance between performance and efficiency
- Sport: maximum power and performance for a sporty riding experience
Additionally, the diagnostic function has been introduced, useful for reading the main errors in the original ECU and possibly clearing them.
Performance
Rapid Bike SMART fueling technology allows to enrich (AFR) air / fuel ratio, and to optimize injection values thanks to the self-adaptive logic of stock ECU. Power delivery is considerably smoother, while improving throttle response and engine reaction. The increase in terms of power and torque are consistent with engine in stock configuration, while performance of after-market exhaust systems can reach a higher efficiency level thanks to the richer fuel mixture gained with SMART add-on module.
