Innovative bolt-on rear fender pack for rally or adventure riding

FEATURES

• 100% waterproof bolt-on waterproof fender pack made from 1000D Cordura. 2.5L (150 cu in) capacity – ideal for safety equipment, small tools, dry gloves etc. Innovative ‘flush’ alloy fasteners included (see fitting).
• Ultra-tough Rhinotek fabric on base with 4 x heavy-duty rivets. All fasteners for dirtbike fender are included (see fitting). Pack also has removable(hook and loop) waterproof liner for cleaning or replacement.

FITTING

Remove the white liner (hook and loop, top edge) and remove the bag from the packaging. Included with the Rally pack are 4 x alloy/stainless fasteners with nylon spacer washers. The product packaging is designed to used as a drilling guide.

Line up the guide on the rear fender and drill 4 x 6mm diameter holes. Use the optional nylon washers to ensure that the threaded fastener is below the top surface of the alloy fastener (prevents damage to the internal waterproof liner/foam). Tighten anti-clockwise and always use thread lock. Allow 24 hours to dry.
