We are the only UK Touratech dealer to include locks with Touratech’s pannier systems.  We know you need them, so we put them into your luggage system as standard.  If you order other Touratech locking items, we will ensure that all keys are matching so you’re not carrying round a bunch of keys, when you only need one.

Touratech Pannier Frames

Touratech’s pannier frames are made of robust 18 mm stainless steel round tubes, therefore guaranteeing extremely high stability, even off the beaten tracks. An additional cross-bar provides greater stability which also makes the case system suitable for tough off-road use. As the pannier frame utilises existing mounting points, installation can be done in no time at all.

And, of course, they took care to ensure that the pannier frames are as practical for a round the world trip as they are for everyday routine. Which is why Touratech have ensured absolute passenger suitability.

There are 2 ways to get into your bags:

• From the top – where there are 2 interconnected zips – grab what you need quickly and easily whilst you on the go.
• For packing and unpacking put the bag on its side and access via the large zipper which goes round 3 sides of the bag.

There is an inner mesh pocket to keep your smaller items easy to hand. The outside pocket offers space for other travel essentials such as maps or booking forms.

The Touratech tool box is the ideal solution for the safe storage of small items. The optimal utilisation of space on the vehicle allows tools, first-aid kit, breakdown kit and many other useful items to remain on the motorcycle permanently and without interfering. They are always readily accessible, even when the cases are not mounted.

The approx. 4.2 litre large storage space is protected against spray water and a large opening makes loading and unloading easy, even when the cases are mounted. The lid can be removed completely for easier loading, a safety mechanism prevents loss.

The perfect combination of stainless steel and plastic provides optimal stability and a look that is difficult to beat. Even if the cases are not mounted, it is an absolute eye-catcher!

Using special clamps, the box can be mounted to the case carrier easily and very quickly. A protection cap on the lock against spray water provides permanent ease of use.
