HP Corse has launched its latest exhaust systems for the Kove 450 Rally, which premiered at the Milan Motorcycle Show in November 2024 – and used by the official KOVE ITALIA TEAM DAKAR 2025

The Kove 450 has become the most talked-about motorcycle in the adventure world by combining racing and dual sport, making “African-style” riding accessible without sacrificing road travel comfort. Arguments for the Kove 450 include its democratic price, riding pleasure, versatility, and reliability, evidenced by Dakar’s final standings.

HP Corse introduces an all-new product line embodying the “Everyday, Everywhere adventure” concept with technological advancement, structural quality, and cutting-edge aesthetics. The challenge has led to the creation of the SP-2 EVOLUZIONE rally exhaust.

This exhaust features updated ribbed end caps, a 400 mm titanium oval casing, and a double-reinforced titanium support bracket for maximum reliability. Its ribbed conical end caps and weld-free exhaust tip reflect refined mechanical forming. A short connector provides firmness, optimal positioning, and superior aesthetics, achieving a remarkable weight reduction of 39%.

Handmade TIG welds elevate the SP-2 EVOLUZIONE to a masterful level of artisanal craftsmanship. The exhaust finishes with a laser-engraved HP Corse logo.

HP Corse focuses on superior performance. It offers the option to upgrade with a non-catalytic stainless steel central link pipe and dedicated mapping, achieving an output of +7 CV at 9985 rpm and +4 Nm of torque at 7000 rpm. These performance gains were measured during dyno tests using the complete HP Corse kit versus the stock Kove setup.

The HP Corse Kove 450 range is entirely made in Italy, easy to install (assembly instructions included), compliant with Euro 5 regulations, and all components are interchangeable with original parts.
