Built for the KOVE 800X, this exhaust follows the “less is more” philosophy, combining clean design with advanced engineering. Inspired by legendary African rally heritage, the SP-1 blends past tradition with future innovation.

This lightweight oval silencer features a full titanium body, a non-welded round nozzle, and a precision-machined inlet. The slip-on system delivers smoother flow, a deeper exhaust tone, and improved performance. Designed for modern off-road motorcycles, the SP-1 offers exceptional strength without unnecessary bulk.

For maximum durability, the SP-1 includes TIG-hand-welded brackets, reinforced mounting points, and high-quality thermo-sound-absorbing materials. It has been rigorously tested on the bench and in extreme real-world conditions to ensure reliability over thousands of kilometres.

The silencer mounts directly to the original KOVE pipe guard or the optional HP Corse KO80XL-21 system. Installation is fully plug-and-play with no modifications required. Riders benefit from a significant 3.5 kg weight reduction compared to the factory exhaust.
