The SC-Project full system exhaust is the direct result of the research, development and design work carried out by the R&D department together with the major MotoGP and SBK World Championship Teams.

SC-Project, with the aim of improving performance and aesthetics of the Your Honda CRF1000L Africa Twin has created a complete unit designed to house the original lambda probe, showcases first-class technical solutions: the use of CNC machined bushings turned from solid allow the exhaust system impeccable coupling that make fitting easier and improve system performance. The implementation of a lighter system ensures better bike rideability. The production of pipes of variable dimensions guarantees a marked increase in performance both in terms of torque and maximum power through the entire bend. The removal of the original catalyst means a significant operating temperature reduction as well as a dark and deep sound, the real SC-Project hallmark.

The Adventure muffler was created out of the need to bring SC-Project’s technology and know-how into the world of maxi-enduro and Sports-Tourer, and is equipped with a titanium body enriched by laser marking that, together with the carbon fiber end cap, recalls its Adventure nature.

Adventure muffler is designed for motorcyclist attentive to performance and look. The slender and slim line, compared to the bulky and heavy original mufflers made of sheet steel, gives it an aggressive look in addition to lightness that results in sheer riding pleasure.

The SC-Project R&D Department has developed an internal pre-chamber muffler with double output to optimise performance, reduce weight and give an unmistakable sound. All parts are T.I.G. welded and the insert bushings are machined from solid by CNC machines and guarantee impeccable couplings.

Some of the best Titanium welding we have seen on an exhaust system, and the SC Projects logo is laser etched onto each section of pipework as well as the silencer – the kit includes everything needed for mounting:
