Touratech top box rack is developed specifically for the requirements of the R 1300 GS

Attaching large top cases to the motorcycle so that they are secure mounted is challenging. Touratech has mastered it for many years! After all, we don’t travel with city scooters.

Matching the ZEGA cases, the special holder offers all ZEGA Evo / Pro / XXL top cases a secure hold, even when things get rough.

The top case luggage racks are made from exactly the same sturdy 18×2 mm stainless steel tube that is also used in Touratech pannier racks. A special construction ensures the extremely high stability and resilience, which is anchored directly in the rear frame at a total of 4 screw points. Secure hold for your luggage even under the most extreme conditions!

The top case carrier, which is made entirely of stainless steel, is cut on tube lasers, CNC bent and then precisely welded by hand. The surface is blasted twice and additionally electropolished. Refined in this way, the surface is almost indestructible and durable.

In addition, the pillion grab handles are part of the top case rack. Of course, the top case can be mounted without restrictions for the pillion passenger. The pillion seat adjustment remains completely unaffected.

The top case rack can be used both individually or in conjunction with the ZEGA pannier systems. Optionally, a 100% matching bag can be attached into the top case carrier.

Zega Evo Top Box

The ZEGA Evo Topcase offers all of the same advantages as are found with Touratech’s ZEGA Evo panniers! Absolutely waterproof Topcase made from rugged, polished aluminium with ZEGA Evo protective corners!

On the lid are four top loops for attaching additional luggage. The newly developed ventilation system relieves the pressure in or on the top box if there’s a change in altitude. The ultra thick, high quality anodised layer of the ZEGA Evo doesn‘t just shine in its fabulous look, but also prevents rubbing inside the case. The pannier is easy to transport thanks to the carrying handle.

With the Rapid-Trap technology from Touratech, you can remove the whole pannier quickly and easily without having to open it. Unlock it, turn it, take it off! Attaching the pannier is even more user-friendly: Put it in place, click it, done!
