Ordering

• Orders placed through our webshop are subject to acceptance and availability.

• Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of the order.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity.

• We do accept orders for items that are out of stock or on backorder. These items will be clearly marked on the product page along with an estimated restock or dispatch time. If you place an order for a backordered item, your payment will be taken at the time of ordering, and the item will be shipped as soon as it becomes available.

• If your order contains both in-stock and backordered items, we may ship the in-stock items first and send the backordered items separately when available, or hold the entire order until it can be fulfilled in full. We will notify you accordingly.

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the available payment methods.

Delivery

• We aim to dispatch orders promptly and efficiently. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and stock availability.

• Delivery charges are calculated at checkout and will be clearly stated before you complete your order.

• Once dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services.
• Free delivery on all orders over £150

Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not, we are happy to accept returns under the following conditions:

• Returns are accepted within 28 days, provided the items are unused and in brand new condition.
• Notification of intent to return must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
• You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s).

• IMPORTANT NOTES:
• You must notify us before returning an item outside of the 28-day window. We may not accept it, and it could be returned to you at your cost.
• Returns accepted after 28 days (at our discretion) will be issued as a credit note only—no refunds.
• Items must be returned in their original, unopened packaging with all parts included.
• If packaging is damaged or the product is not in resalable condition, we may reduce your refund accordingly.
• Secure packaging is essential to prevent damage in transit.
• Please include a copy of your invoice or a note with your name, address, order number, and reason for return.
• Items will be inspected upon receipt before any refund is processed.
• It may take up to 14 days for us to acknowledge and process your return.

Returns Shipping

• We will provide any faulty or damaged items with a Royal Mail returns link to send back the item free of charge.
• If you have changed your mind and no longer want the item/s, We recommend using a tracked service when returning items on items
• Alternatively, we can provide you with a returns link for Royal Mail collection. The cost of this service (£3.50) will be deducted from your refund.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will either replace the item or offer a full refund, depending on the circumstances. Proof of damage (e.g. photos) may be required.

Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations. To do so, please notify us in writing. Goods must be returned unused and in original condition..

Limitation of Liability

Rugged Roads Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, our products or website.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.
