Terms & Conditions

• You must be 18+ to enter.
• Winners chosen live via Google Random Number Generator.
• Tickets are non-refundable.
• In order for the draw to take place, a minimum of 2,500 tickets must be sold. The maximum number of tickets available is 6,000.

You may enter the competition using the Postal Entry Route by complying with the following conditions:

1. Send your entry on a blank, white postcard by first class post to the Promoter at the following address: Rugged Roads Ltd, Sway Garage, Durnstown, Sway, Hampshire, SO41 6AL.
2. The following information must be included with your entry:
   1. Your full name
   2. Your address
   3. Contact telephone number and valid email address
   4. Title of the competition you are entering
   5. Your answer to the Competition Question.
3. Incomplete or illegible entries will be disqualified.
4. You may make multiple free entries for any competition (up to any limit placed on entries by the Promoter) but each free entry must be submitted and posted to the Promoter separately. Bulk entries will not be accepted as multiple entries and if a bulk entry is received, it will be counted as one single entry.
5. By entering the competition, you are confirming that you are eligible to enter and accept these terms and conditions;
6. Your entry must be received by the Promoter 7 days prior to the Closing Date. Entries received after 7 days before the Closing Date will not be entered into the random draw.
7. The Promoter will email each Entrant who has submitted a valid entry via the Postal Entry Route to confirm their ticket number.
8. Entrants must have created an account on the Website/App for the free entry to be processed. All details on the postcard must correspond to the details on the account to receive the order confirmation and ticket number. Postal entries received without a registered account cannot be processed. Entrants must add an address to the related account for entries to be processed.

Winner Details:
You do not need a valid motorcycle licence to enter the competition. However, if you are selected as the winner, you will need to ensure you hold the appropriate licence, insurance, and meet all legal requirements to ride the motorcycle. If you do not have the correct licence, you are still welcome to accept the prize, but it will need to be collected or transported at your own responsibility and cost, and must not be ridden on public roads until all legal requirements are met.

Competition winner will need to provide photographic identification and proof of address which corresponds with the details given in the competition entry.

The Prize:

a. There is one prize, a Kove 800X Rally motocycle, as described within the competition details.
b. Rugged Roads Ltd will register the vehicle in the name of the competition winner
c.Rugged Roads Ltd will also pay the first 12 month’s Road Fund Licence
d. Rugged Roads Ltd will provide a UK legal numberplate
e. There is NO cash / other alternative
f. Prize can either be collected from the ABR Festival on Sunday 28th June between the hours of 10am – 3pm, or from Rugged Roads Ltd, Sway Garage, Durnstown, Sway, Hampshire, SO41 6AL at your convenience. Alternatively, delivery can be arranged with in the UK at cost to the winner.

Rugged Roads Staff:
Employees of Rugged Roads Ltd cannot enter the competition.

Family members of those employees also cannot enter (typically including spouses, parents, children, and sometimes extended household members).

The purpose is to avoid conflicts of interest and ensure fairness, so no one connected to the company has an unfair advantage.

Outside The UK
Entries accepted from outside the UK. However, a winner from outside the UK is responsible for collection of the bike and any shipping / import / export / taxes due in relation to exportation.
