The new RapidBike EVO 2 Exclusive for the KOVE 800X represents a significant advancement over the previous model, the Rapid Bike EVO. Thanks to a faster microprocessor, reduced size and weight, and the ability to modulate the signal in both Narrow Band and Wide Band, it offers improvements in terms of quality and reliability.

One of the main innovations is the intuitive APP manageable via smartphone.

In addition to these new features, the Rapid Bike EVO2 retains all the advanced characteristics already present in the Rapid Bike EVO.

The lambda sensor signal management ensures the fine-tuning of the exclusive auto-adaptive function: fuel mapping is automatically updated while riding the vehicle.

Auto-Adaptive Function

The RapidBike EVO2 features a powerful auto-adaptive system that begins calibrating itself after roughly 60 miles of riding. During this process, the module automatically fine-tunes fuel mapping to match real-time riding conditions, bike modifications, and environmental changes.

The unit works by intercepting the signals from the bike’s sensors, applying its own advanced algorithms, and sending corrected data back to the main ECU. This creates a dynamic, flexible fuel map that continuously adapts to temperature, altitude, and riding style.

Riders will feel the greatest improvements in the low and mid-range RPMs, where strict emissions regulations often cause hesitation and flat spots. With EVO2 installed, throttle response becomes smoother and more consistent.

Advanced Performance Features

The RapidBike EVO2 supports:

• Optional electronic quickshifter

• Multiple map management

• RPM shift extension (up to +1000 rpm)

• Speed limiter removal

On twin-cylinder engines with two lambda sensors, the EVO2 can also generate a dedicated map and correction table for each cylinder, offering finer control and improved balance.

Three Customisable Riding Modes via the App

The RapidBike EVO 2 Exclusive for the KOVE 800X introduces three riding modes, each with 10 selectable intensity levels, all adjustable through the Rapid Bike smartphone app:

• Eco – Reduces performance to maximise fuel savings

• Touring – Ideal for everyday riding, balancing efficiency and power

• Sport – Delivers maximum performance and throttle response

Diagnostic Tools Via the Rapid Bike App

The dedicated Rapid Bike App (available on iOS and Android) includes a diagnostic section that allows riders to clear error codes, including check-engine warnings. This is especially useful when installing de-cat or aftermarket exhaust systems, as EVO2 helps optimise the air/fuel ratio for smoother power delivery and enhanced rideability.

Easy Plug-and-Play Installation

Installation is simple thanks to the RapidBike EVO 2 Exclusive for the KOVE 800X’s piggyback ECU design. Each kit includes model-specific instructions for the KOVE 800X, ensuring a quick and straightforward setup with no cutting or permanent modifications.

Installation is a very straightforward ‘plug & play’ process as it is a ‘piggyback’ ECU.  Detailed instructions are supplied with each unit specific to the KOVE 800X
