Note: This silencer is for the 2019-20 model year only – this is because the bolt spacing on the carbon heat shield is slightly different on the later versions.

Clearly inspired by dusty deserts, the Rally Raid muffler is the result of SC-Project experience during the most extreme off-road competitions. The materials used, the production process, the global manufacturing accuracy and even the design and the volume of this silencer, has been calculated and tested to be a real benchmark for the multi-purpose and off-road bikes like Yamaha Ténéré 700, in full compliance with Euro 4 regulations.

The muffler output has a huge 60mm exit diameter and is equipped with dB-killer. The frame mounting bracket is projected and manufactured to resist extreme use and conditions. Each coupling is made with bushings CNC machined from solid block, with male-female system, to provide precise and fast couplings, without any loss of pressure and exhaust gasses.

Rally Raid silencer is completed with a precious aluminum plate with SC-Project logo, the same used for the official racing exhausts manufactured inside SC-Project Reparto Corse.
