Boano KYB 48mm USD Closed Cartridge Fork Kit – XRV750 Africa Twin – RD03, RD04, RD07 and RD07A

The KYB 48mm closed cartridge fork is one of the best performing forks in recent years. Therefore, we decided to redesign a kit for the Africa Twin XRV750 (RD04-RD07-RD07A). These forks are now the main feature of the kit.

Compared to the previous kit, which has 25 years of experience behind it, we have further improved. Especially in terms of initial sensitivity, corner entry and cornering, and agility in changing the bike’s weight distribution.

Thanks to the new fork yokes (designed with new offsets and wheelbase), we have achieved maximum stability and speed in all conditions.

The fork kit is assembled in-house at Boano and customised for each customer.

It is calibrated to be stable and comfortable on the road and, with just a few clicks, can be tuned for off-road performance, where it really excels.

The kit comes complete and includes:

• 48mm USD KYB Forks
• Machined Billet Aluminium Upper and Lower Fork Yokes (anodised RED or BLACK)
• Front Wheel Spindle with machined aluminium spacers
• Machined aluminium Brake Caliper Adapter Brackets
• Stainless Steel Braided Brake Hose and clips
• One Piece Front Mudguard
• Front Mudguard attachment brackets
• Steering Bearings
• New Handlebar Mount Rubber Cones
• All fittings, bolts, etc

The kit is a direct bolt on to your Africa Twin, and uses your existing wheel, brake calipers, and handlebars.
