TURKANA’S Hotazel Motorcycle Exhaust Heat Shield is a very simple yet highly effective barrier between you/your equipment and a hot as hell exhaust.

Two sizes are available. 150mm and 250mm length.

Properly installed, the Turkana Gear heat shield will ensure your adventure motorcycle soft luggage and other equipment avoids any catastrophic meltdown.

The exhaust heat shield is close fitting by design so it’s not obtrusive with sufficient gap between the exhaust and your baggage, ensuring there is sufficient airflow to dissipate the heat preventing damage to your equipment and gear.

Stainless steel is our material of choice due to its low thermal conductive properties making for an excellent heat shield.
