Fitted to my R1200GS LC 2013 without issue. Very solid and clearly well made. Came with all screws and spacers and mounted up without interfering with the current OEM rear setup - not that I'd ever need to, but would happily buy again.
Only grumble is, that I wish the rear lip of the rack was slightly wider to allow better stability of wider strapped down loads but is perfectly usable as is.
