Aluminium Choke Valve Guides for RD07 and RD07A

Will not fit the earlier XRV650 RD03 or XRV750 RD04

The choke cables on the Africa Twin require regular lubrication to ensure they continue to work smoothly. Unfortunately to oil them correctly requires that you remove and clean them, which means that you have to regularly remove the plastic choke valve guides that seat into the carburettors. These are notorious for failing which leaves you with the only option of buying the complete unit as an expensive OEM Honda replacement.

We have machined these choke valve guides in-house for over 15 years, as a direct replacement for the original plastic ones.

Supplied as a set of two – one for each carburettor.
