2021.5 and newer European T7's are equipped with EURO 5 emissions compliant exhaust.
This new exhaust places the catalytic convertor ahead of the engine instead of alongside the oil pan like on the EURO 4 equipped bikes.
The EURO 5 bikes require a different skid plate than the previous EURO 4.
We've designed a new skid plate to work with the Euro 5 header. We had to lengthen the skid plate moving it forward. On top of working with the new header pipe, you can now do an oil change without removing the skid plate. There are some other small changes too. The new plate will work with the Euro 4 bikes as well.
At this time, only 2021.5 and newer EUROPEAN BIKES need the EURO 5 compatible skidplate!
The new V2 Gut Guard can be fitted to both EURO 4 and EURO 5 bikes
The original V1 Gut Guard can only be fitted to EURO 4 bikes.
The Camel ADV T7 Gut Guard
Constructed of 3/16" (4.75mm) aluminum, the plate is light and durable (we've tested the sh*t out of this thing!).
All the joints are TIG welded and the whole unit is powder-coated for a great look.
The skid plate attaches to the frame using the four factory locations plus a 5th mount at the back of the skid plate for ultimate strength and engine protection.
We've incorporated an ultra-durable, UHMW slip-liner with a built-in suspension linkage guard to the bottom of the skid plate. Now you can glide over rocks, roots, and stumps without worrying about damaging the low-hanging shock linkage!

It may be compatible with other brands as well, we have not been able to test them all at this time.
