We all love Touratech's hard luggage system, but my goodness it can be difficult to work out what you need.  So, we have put everything together for you.  All you need to do is choose the colour and size you need and we'll send you everything you need to get your top box fitted and ready for your next adventure on your amazing R1300GS.

The Luggage/Top Box Rack

Attaching large top cases to your bike so that they are securely mounted is challenging. Touratech has mastered it for many years! After all, they don't travel with city scooters.

The top case luggage racks are made from exactly the same sturdy 18x2 mm stainless steel tube that is also used in Touratech pannier racks. A special construction ensures the extremely high stability and resilience, which is anchored directly in the rear frame at a total of 4 screw points. A secure hold for your luggage even under the most extreme conditions!

The top case carrier, which is made entirely of stainless steel, is cut on tube lasers, CNC bent and then precisely welded by hand. The surface is blasted twice and then electropolished. Refined in this way, the surface is almost indestructible and durable.

In addition, the pillion grab handles are part of the top case rack. Of course, the top case can be mounted without restrictions for the pillion passenger. The pillion seat adjustment remains completely unaffected.

The top case rack can be used both individually or in conjunction with the ZEGA pannier systems.

The Zega PRO Top Box

Touratech's accumulated expertise from several hundred thousand ZEGA Boxes and countless miles around the world has gone into the development and production of the new ZEGA Pro Top Box.

Shapely, sturdy and state-of-the-art, this Box meets every requirement. Made from 1.5 mm sheet aluminium at their factory in Niedereschach/Germany, the case is waterproof, dustproof and extremely tough. The heavy duty protective plastic strips on the corners and bottom edge are bolted on - which means they can be replaced if necessary.

You can find suitable case systems under the respective motorbike models.

All the benefits of the ZEGA Pro panniers have also been incorporated into the development of the matching Topcases.

Two anodised variants of the ZEGA Pro panniers and Topcases are also available. The anodised version doesn't just look impressively good in natural or black aluminium - the extra thick and hard anodised layer also prevents aluminium rubbing off inside the case and protects the surface against discolouration.

Rapid-Trap
"Just quickly" take off the ZEGA case without opening the lid - no longer a problem with the "Rapid-Trap adapter"!

With the new Rapid-Trap technology from Touratech, you can remove the whole pannier quickly and easily without having to open it. Unlock it, turn it, take it off! Attaching the pannier is even more user-friendly: Put it in place, click it, done!
