NGK manufacture an extremely high quality spark plug product. Part number DPR8EA-9 is no exception. We have classified part number DPR8EA-9 as "Standard" type, more specifically DPR8EA-9 features Special design as well as the same high quality copper core as the rest of the NGK sparkplug range.

This 90° union allows you to route the fuel line for more space when installing the Facet fuel pump. This is installed in place of the straight union on the input side of the pump.

Aluminium Choke Valve Guides for RD07 and RD07A

Will not fit the earlier XRV650 RD03 or XRV750 RD04

The choke cables on the Africa Twin require regular lubrication to ensure they continue to work smoothly. Unfortunately to oil them correctly requires that you remove and clean them, which means that you have to regularly remove the plastic choke valve guides that seat into the carburettors. These are notorious for failing which leaves you with the only option of buying the complete unit as a replacement – UNTIL NOW………

 

We have machined these choke valve guides as a direct replacement for the original plastic ones.

 

Supplied as a set of two – one for each carburettor.

The OEM Honda front sprocket has a rubber cushion which acts as a very basic cush drive, which we feel reduces wear on the output shaft more so than any aftermarket front sprocket.

 

We only fit these to our own fleet of Africa Twins.
