As standard the CRF1000 has excessive sag on the rear, so the suspension specialists from the Netherlands have designed a rising rate spring fitting for the OEM shock, which raises the bike by 20mm.

This enables you to configurate a better handling, more stable ride and using the range of adjustability on the shock to adjust it to the correct suspension setting.

The Hyperpro front fork springs are mainly progressive to give the best performance.

These fork springs when installed along with the Hyperpro Rear Shock Spring will raise the bike by 20mm.

This will enable you to configure a better handling, more stable ride using the range of adjustability on the forks and shock absorber to adjust it to the correct suspension setting.

K-Tech linear fork springs are manufactured from the highest grade chrome silicone wire, each spring is cold-coiled, heat-treated, pre-set and ground to length before being polished for ultimate performance.

Linear-rate springs are evenly wound from top to bottom so that the force (road surface bumps and potholes, acceleration and braking) remains the same from the initial input right through to when the springs won’t compress any further whereas  progressive springs are wound closer at one end and further apart at the other.

Linear springs give you the ability to fine tune the suspension closer to your specific weight, rather than using progressive springs which will always be a compromise as they are manufactured to work over a much wider weight range.

The K-Tech Suspension R&D team have developed these springs over a period of extensive research and testing on their own CRF1000 Africa Twin, having found the OEM Honda progressive fork springs do not allow for a good sag measurement while still having any usable preload adjustment once the rider is mounted.

The K-Tech linear springs are 10mm longer than the standard OEM Honda springs, giving more initial preload, and by selecting the correct spring rate for your weight, this will enable you to correctly set sag measurement on your CRF1000 Africa Twin, whilst still having plenty of preload adjustment available.

All springs have their rate laser etched on the end and are manufactured to DIN 2095 grade 1.

The kit contains two fork stickers made of crystall material (thickness 0,5 mm), size 22cm X 17cm, suitable to be applied on your forks as additional protection.

Silk-screen printed with resistant and bright inks the used crystall is 0,5mm thick combined with a strong and long lasting adhesive, that are specifically designed for off-road use. 

To obtain the best result, the sticker must always be warmed up with a dryer and exposed to a light pressure. 

Do not use soaps or solvents; just clean up the surface with a dry rag.
