Due to the sporty rear of the BMW R1300GS, a lot of dirt and especially water can end up on the back of the rider and passenger or on their luggage.
 
The aerodynamic "trick" that has been tried and tested 10,000 times has been further optimized with side wings. Splash water and thrown-up dirt are cleverly drained away. The water jet from the rear wheel is refracted and significantly less water and dirt comes up.
 
The black anodized mudguard is simply mounted between the license plate and the license plate holder and extends it downwards and to the rear. It effectively prevents swirled dirt from contaminating or even damaging seat, clothing or luggage.
 
In addition, the splash guard stabilizes the license plate and prevents it from vibrating.

Touratech Radiator guards - BMW R1300GS

The Touratech radiator guard protects the vulnerable fins of the radiator from damage and thus offers an enormous plus in safety! Flying stones, sticks or other rubbish lose their fear. Your trip will be a lot safer with little effort!

BMW also relies on supporting water cooling for the boxer of the R 1300 GS. This allows optimal performance to be combined with a long service life. Technically perfectly implemented, the system only has one weak point: the sensitive water cooler.

Touratech Headlight protector with quick release fastener for BMW R1300GS *OFFROAD USE ONLY*

The Touratech headlight protection for the BMW R 1300 GS prevents damage to the headlight very effectively!

The BMW R 1300 GS has a very striking headlight! The relatively small light lens offers less “hit area” than large headlights, but these also deserves adequate protection!

Even a stone kicked up by the bike driving in front can be enough to leave you permanently in the dark.

In addition, the headlight protection is equipped with a quick-release fastener. This allows the protective grille to be clipped on and off in seconds. Touratech Reinforcing strut for original BMW engine crash bar - BMW R1300GS

The Touratech reinforcement strut creates an additional, fourth support point! This creates a real, secure cage around the valve cover and cylinder head. Impact forces are reliably absorbed, distributed and diverted into the frame at the appropriate location.

This makes the strut an absolutely sensible addition to the original BMW engine crash bar, which lacks this support. Its three attachment points leave the rear, upper area entirely to the strength of the tube alone.

What should be enough for a fall over while stationary can quickly lead to serious problems if the GS is used off-road appropriately! The risk of destroyed valve covers then becomes real.

The original BMW engine protection bar is noticeably reinforced with the help of the Touratech stabilization strut and thus reliably fulfills its role as a fully-fledged crash bar again.

Thanks to its electropolished surface and the use of the same diameter, the strut fits perfectly to the BMW engine guard of the 1300 Boxer GS, both technically and visually.

The Touratech side stand support extension increases the contact surface of the side stand of the R 1300 GS by more than twice! From now on, the exhausting task of picking up a fully loaded load is a thing of the past.
