Description

The Scottoiler vSystem Kit is a vacuum-operated motorcycle chain oiler, which automatically lubes your chain while you ride.

Scottoiler products are the benchmark for motorbike chain lube systems and lubricate your chain while you ride.

When you connect a vSystem motorcycle chain oiler to your bike you have a system that automatically gets to work when you start your engine.

Whilst it is operated by the engine vacuum, the vSystem oiler does not absorb any power or affect the performance of your engine because it is purely vacuum operated.

The main components of the kit are

• Reservoir Metering Valve (RMV),
• an injector (which feeds oil onto the chain and sprocket from the chain oiler),
• A 250ml bottle of Scottoiler motorbike chain lube suitable for approximately 1500 miles (please select which oil you want included in your kit):
  • Traditional Blue Scottoil, which is suitable for ambient temperatures of 0-20°C (32-68°F)
  • HiTemp Red Scottoil, which is suitable for ambient temperatures of 20-40°C (68-104°F),
• All parts required for a variety of fitting options.

How It Works

• The oil is simply siphoned from the reservoir by gravity, the engine vacuum provides the power to open the valve and the dial at the top allows you to adjust the flow rate by opening/closing the valve aperture.
• The range on this kit is up to 1500 miles (depending on flow rate, speed, etc.) between reservoir refills.
• All Scottoiler motorbike chain oiler kits use our own specific oil developed for application through a motorbike chain lube system. 
• Our oils have a low tack additive to ensure dirt doesn’t stick letting the oil work on lubricating and protecting from corrosion.
