Twin Air have developed a new Foam Air Filter solution for the Yamaha Ténéré 700.

The Twin Air Filter Kit is used as a pre-filter on top of the OEM paper filter as extra protection. The OEM air intake needs to be removed first before installing the Twin Air Filter and aluminum cage.

The installation is very easy using the OEM bolts.

By installing the Twin Air filter Kit the airflow will improve and the filter offers more protection from sand, dust and water.

Kit includes a Pre-Oiled Foam Air Filter (FR) and aluminum flange.

These OEM quality clutch friction plates match the original discs in size and number.

The pad material is made of a cork-basis with a high aluminium content in order to reduce wear and fading to a minimum.

Even under extreme strain, the highly compressed material further prevents expansion of the friction pads as well as a slipping of the clutch.

These are spiral wound springs made from heat treated high carbon steel and perfectly matched to atermarket and original Yamaha clutch discs.

The EBC spring kit has slightly thicker winding material and delivers 10 - 15% more clamp pressure, which can help reduce clutch slip or fast clutch wear on your machine.

The TRW Motorbike Clutch plate kit is essential

When changing the friction plate set, if you neglect to replace the clutch plates, you will often fail to achieve the required result of an optimally functioning clutch. 

The colour and quality of the old plates have to be checked and ideally replaced, when changing the clutch friction plates. If the clutch overheats, the steel plates become discoloured and waved, and should therefore be replaced.
