Need a spare key for your Africa Twin? - use an original key blank to ensure smooth and correct fitment.

If you have an original Honda key check the number starts either A(XX) or B(XX).

If your original Honda key has numbers starting with C(XX) or D(XX) then you have a Type 2 key (see item number 35122KW3771)

If you don't have an original honda key then please carefully check the images to see which side has the slot - Type 1 has the slot on the Left Hand side, and Type 2 has the slot on the Right Hand side.

This fuel pump is a more robust replacement for the original Honda Fuel Pump which has been known to die after a few thousand miles. If your pump is ok then take one of these as a spare on your travels just in case. They don't take up much room.

The pump is a Facet Solid State pump which is know for its reliability as it is regularly used in Aircraft.

With Solid State Reliability that is proven on thousands of original equipment applications. No electrical contacts. No bearings or diaphragms to wear out or fatigue. Lasts four to five times longer than many other electric fuel pumps.

When properly installed a constant smooth and dependable supply of fuel under pressure is assured in the hottest weather or in high altitudes.

Self Priming. Fuel is supplied as soon as the ignition is turned on so the engine will start faster at colder temps.

The pump comes with an inlet and outlet union. Both are sized so that the Africa Twin's fuel pipe will push straight on with no modification.

Disclaimer
The important bit! These pumps are brand new and are guaranteed by the manufacturer for 12 months. However if you follow the fitting instructions and fit it in the same way you will need to cut off the mounting lugs on the pump and this may invalidate your warranty.

You are responsible for fitting the pump and modifying it to be suitable for your Africa Twin. This site takes no responsiblity for anything that may happen as a result of incorrect fitment or use of this fuel pump. If in any doubt please get a qualified motorcycle mechanic to fit it.

Pump also fits the Varadero.

My 2002 Honda Varadero now has 30,000 miles on the clock and the original fuel pump has failed twice in this time due to points failure. The fitting of this solid state Facet pump has not only taken away this point of failure but has retuned the original smooth running and increased the enjoyment of riding the bike. With the original OEM item costing around £160 this item is simply fantastic at £40. Rugged Roads delivery was also extremely fast.

All incoming ratings are posted by actual shop visitors / webshop customers and their content is checked by the operator by means of a visual inspection.
