When you change your bike's stock incandescent signal lights to LEDs, you have to install resistors or you get "hyper flash"... that annoying super fast signal flashing. Adding resistors can be annoying so thankfully there is another option!

You can swap your bike's flasher relay out and replace it with a flasher specifically made for use with LED signals. The install is quicker and easier than adding resistors to four signal lights and its cheaper too!

The 700 Tenere is a very cool bike, we love ours. To keep the cost down, Yamaha had to make some sacrifices and footpegs were one of the corners that got cut. Have no fear, Camel ADV Traction pegs are here!

The Traction Pegs are made of 6061 T6 billet aluminum and feature stainless steel cleats for maximum traction. The large open areas around the cleats ensure the pegs will stay clear of mud and debris during those offroad short cuts.

The Camel Toe Side Stand for the 700 Tenere is a direct replacement for the factory cast aluminum stand.

Our side stand uses a steel CNC machined mounting lug that's TIG welded to heavy wall DOM tubing.

At the base is a large camel foot that is almost twice the size of the stock pad. so no need for a foot enlarger here!

Each side stand is powder-coated to ensure durability and a great look.

The side stand comes with a new spring* to replace the OEM unit that is barely strong enough to keep the stock kickstand up in rough terrain.

No need to take it to the dealer! With this adaptor cable, you can check and clear engine codes at home using a standard automotive OBD-II scanner*. 

Don't have an OBD-II (On Board Diagnostics 2)? No problem, they can be purchased at countless online stores (ebay, Amazon etc) or at your local auto parts store, for as little as $20! Most auto parts stores will scan you vehicle for free... but they can't if you don't have this cable!

This cable is very small and light, carry it with you on a long bike trip just incase. It's great peace of mind!

The OEM side stand return spring is a bit on the weak side and has a tough time holding up the side stand.

This is especially true over rough terrain. If the side stand is allowed to swing down, even a couple inches, the side stand safety switch will kill the engine. You're riding down a trail and you hit a dip - and your bike dies... way less than ideal.

Our heavy-duty side stand return spring has nearly DOUBLE (95% more) the spring rate of the OEM spring. 

Originally designed for (and included with) our Camel Toe side stand, the spring is available on it's own as an upgrade for your bike's lack luster OEM spring.

From the factory, the Tenere 700 has no place to carry anything. They included four cargo lashing points but no cargo plate of any kind. Even soft luggage can be tricky to mount as there are no rear tie-down points.

Cory at Camel Adventure had designed a minimalist, low-profile rear rack that is big enough to carry your tool kit or day pack without being too bulky. It also acts as a lashing point for soft luggage such as the Enduristan Tornado roll bags.

The minimalist rack mounts using the rear two threaded subframe mounts (on the side of the bike) and two down to the back of the subframe. To access the rear mounting points, drilling is required but Camel Adventure have included a step drill bit to ensure an easy installatio

CamelADV Gas Tank Cap Seal - Tenere 700

An annoying issue with the T7 is its leaking fuel tank cap seal. The cap has a spring-loaded seat under it and if there is any downward pressure on the cap other than straight down, the cap rocks slightly and the seal starts to leak.

I know you're thinking, "Why would there be pressure on my fuel cap?!". If you use a tank bag, it will be sitting on top of the gas cap and they can apply pressure to it. If you drop your bike and the tank bag is pushing on the cap, there's a good chance your tank bag (and its contents) will be soaked with gasoline... way less than ideal.

This leaky cap problem also creates issues for our Camel Tank customers. Fuel is transferred from the Camel Tank to the main tank using vacuum. If the main tank cap doesn't seal properly, no vacuum is created and the fuel won't transfer properly.

Our 1.5mm thick Viton sealing ring is a quick, cheap and effective way to keep the gas and fumes in your fuel tank.

CamelADV Fork Guard Protectors - Yamaha 700 Tenere

*Please be aware that we were not able to get this batch anodized in a reasonable amount of time so currently, the Fork Guard Protector are only available powder-coated black and they have no logo!*

There are so many things to love about the 700 Tenere but Yamaha's choice of body plastic material is not one of them! For reasons unknown, Yamaha opted to make the T7's body panels from brittle ABS plastic instead of the far more durable polyethylene (PE) or polypropylene (PP) materials commonly used in more dirt-oriented motorcycles.

The T7s fork guards are easily damaged when riding offroad. They are about $30-$40 each to replace (if they aren't back-ordered). The most common failure is breaking the lower mounting tab off which requires the replacement of the entire fork guard. Well, I should say that it used to require replacing the fork guard. 

After breaking countless guards during our offroad adventures, we created a protector/repair bracket that can help keep the damage from happening in the first place but can also repair a guard that already has a tab broken off!

Replacement Tips For "The Fix" Brake Pedal

Need a replacement tip for your "Fix" brake pedal? Or perhaps you want a spare tip just in case you damage yours during a spicy ride. Camel have you covered.

Camel have the original "Enduro" tip which is approximately 35mm wide. It's large enough to operate the brake pedal properly but small enough that it's less likely to be damaged by roots, rocks, and logs.

Camel have just added an oversized "Street" size that's about 65% larger (57mm wide) when damage from offroad obstacles is less likely.

The tips are interchangeable.

Like most ADV and street bikes, the T7's body panels are from ABS plastic which can crack with even minor impacts; that's less than ideal on an ADV bike!

Like many T7 riders, we were waiting for one of the big plastic companies to start producing Tenere panels but no one was doing it... so we did!

Our T7 side fairings are made from the same plastic that is used in dirt bike fenders and fairings which is far better suited for your backcountry adventures.
