If you replace your stock silencer with an aftermarket one that does not have an exhaust valve built into the link pipe, will result in the engine warning light showing on the instrument panel, and could end up with your CRF1100 going into 'limp mode'. 

Plugging in a HealTech ES Eliminator will stop this from happening, allowing you to fit whatever choice of aftermarket silencer you want to your CRF1100 Africa Twin or CRF1100 Adventure Sport.

Exhaust Servo Eliminator (ESE)
Remove the bulky and heavy exhaust servo motor when replacing the end-can or the full exhaust system. Plus, it will get rid of the FI light coming up when disconnecting the servo motor. Get the job done right with the help of the tiny, but mighty ESE!

• OEM exhaust cans and systems won’t win a beauty contest these days (and rarely did they in the past), they weigh a lot more than the aftermarket counterparts, sound crap and you never reach the bike’s full potential with them. What's an Exhaust Servo & EXUP valve?
For the last two decades bikes have been equipped with an exhaust flap valve (also called as EXUP valve) to improve low down torque with the hindering of the flow of escaping gasses creating back pressure in the exhaust system. As the revs rise and the more you open the throttle, this valve opens more and more so the gasses can leave unblocked. This valve and its housing is welded after the header’s downpipes right before the collector pipe and/or the collector chamber/catalytic converter so removing this alone from the factory system is not worth the time, the money and the effort itself since the OEM system in the most cases is still low quality and heavy as hell. Of course, titanium OEM systems exist but finding an exhaust shop with titanium welding capabilities isn’t easy and will cost you an arm and a leg in labour to remove the exhaust valve from the system. So it’s easier and gives much better result to opt for an aftermarket end-can or whole system. Either way you take, you will need an Exhaust Servo Eliminator to complete the job properly!

Dyno mode activator for Honda DCT motorcycles
Activate dyno mode on DCT equipped Honda motorcycles with ease. Just plug this little tool to the diagnostic connector of the bike and it activates the dyno mode in a few seconds enabling your DCT motorbike to be run on a dyno.

The DCT Dyno Tool is compatible with Honda motorcycles having Dual Clutch Transmission. On Honda DCT models the dyno mode must be activated prior the dyno run, otherwise the ECU won’t let the dyno technician go through the gears as the front wheel is stationary.

Normally a factory Honda diagnostic tool is required for the dyno mode to be activated. Being a really expensive piece of equipment, some dyno workshops don't have it. Beyond the price factor, it is a much more time consuming and a cumbersome task working with a factory OBD tool. The DCT Tool is a low cost solution and much quicker and easier to use too. Just connect it to the diagnostic connector and the tool will activate the dyno mode in a few seconds.

Quick and simple to use
Connect the TB directly to the battery terminals and decide whether you want a fully automatic or ignition key controlled operation. Connect the auxiliary equipment fast, conveniently and safely to the tool-free terminal blocks supplied. Just plug in the wires and you’re good to go!

Multiple working modes
The ThunderBox can operate in three different modes. Depending of the connection of the WHITE control wire the following modes can be acquired: Automatic mode: When the engine is started and runs evenly, the TB switches the power outputs ON.
When the engine is stopped, after a few seconds the TB switches the outputs OFF.
Ignition-controlled mode: The TB will switch the outputs ON/OFF (with a few seconds delay) following the ignition key switch position.
Stay-off mode: The TB will not turn the outputs ON even when a battery charger is connected. This is useful during winter storage as a trickle charger won’t activate the TB.

The TB constantly monitors the battery voltage, engine state (running/off) and the outputs, then switches the loads on/off automatically. The TB isolates/disables the power supply to the accessories until the engine is started and running smoothly, ensuring 100% battery power is always available for starting.
