The Adventure muffler was created out of the need to bring SC-Project's technology and skills into the world of maxi-enduro and Sports-Tourer, is equipped with a titanium body enriched by laser marking with a mud effect that, together with the carbon end cap, recalls the nature of Adventure.
Adventure, also available in the elegant Matt Black Edition, is designed for the motorcyclist attentive to performance and look.
The slender and slim line, compared to the bulky and heavy original mufflers made of sheet steel, gives it an aggressive look in addition to lightness that results in sheer riding pleasure.
The SC-Project R&D Department has developed an internal pre-chamber muffler with double output to optimise performance, reduce weight and give an unmistakable sound, even in the Euro4 approved version.
All the titanium and Aisi304 stainless steel parts are T.I.G. welded and the insert bushings are machined from solid by CNC machines and guarantee impeccable couplings.

Collectors and pipes are a most important component of an exhaust system, making it possible to reach very important gains in terms of power and torque.
Made in AISI 304 stainless steel, the Arrow Racing Collectors design comes from the experience gained and the results achieved over years of racing at all levels, with the un-replaceable “touch” of the master mechanics working in the R&D: diameters, sections, bends, section changes weldings and layout are carefully designed and developed on the bike to create a product with high performance, durable, reliable and with the unique Arrow style.
To avoid unnecessary drag on the flow of exhaust gases, all junctions and connections are made using CNC-machined parts. For the same reason, all welds need to be perfectly made and non-invasive, avoiding any section reduction for the flow of gases.

The Rapid Bike Evo EXCLUSIV module enables you to take total control of fuelling operations, as it directly connects to all fuel injectors and also works in conjunction with the bike's standard O2 sensor to constantly manage the air/fuel ratio.
The only difference between the standard EVO module and this EVO EXCLUSIV version is that the EXCLUSIV version is strictly for the CRF1000 and cannot be re-programmed or installed on a different bike.
The Evo module’s most important benefit is the Auto-Adaptive feature, the ability to correct automatically the injection map by reading the signal of the stock O2 sensor (Lambda) while riding the bike. The injection map then becomes a dynamic value in order to match the changing weather conditions and driving style.
As the Evo module works with the O2 sensor, rather than eliminating it, the Evo module can adjust the entire fuel map including the closed loop area, something which some other fuelling modules cannot do.

The 1/8 inch (3.2 mm) aluminium is secured using a universal stainless steel clamp.
